1. All the members of the China Interim Government deeply mourn over the Tibetan compatriots killed by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Tibet, and strongly condemn the bloody ferocity committed by the CCP authority.

2. While the CCP is suppressing the Tibetans, it resorts to its customary intrigue of forging a pretext for suppression as before. It makes a feint of the Tibetans attacking the Han people by means of staging a big affray, and thus works hard on spreading the lie that it is due to the Tibetans who want independence and have caused the turmoil. In 1989, the CCP arranged special agents to imitate the students to burn military vehicles, and used this as pretext to shoot the students and make a bloodshed at Tiananmen Square. In early 2000, not long after it waged the crackdown of Falun Gong from July 20th 1999, to trigger off the deceived persons' distaste and resent for Falun Gong and make the cruel crackdown go further, it all alone staged the event of 'Falun Gong suicide by setting themselves on fire at Tiananmen Square'. This time what the CCP employs is completely identical to its old trick eight years ago and farther, almost 19 years ago. It attempts to provoke the misunderstanding of the whole nation towards Tibetans and find excuse for reckless massacre. Therefore, the China Interim Government asks the international and domestic community not to be repeatedly deceived by the CCP. What the CCP says has no creditibility.

3. The Tibetans believe in Buddhism, especially those monks and lamas who are lenient. The CCP frames them in use of violence and such words only sound excessively absurd. Clearly in our memory, each time when the CCP conducted atrocity, only itself to blame for its own violence or the violence fabricated by its special agents imitating the suppressed. And, other than that, the people under suppression were mostly incapable of counterattack. This time the CCP plays its customary intrigue towards those Tibetans with belief in Buddhism and leniency and just proves nothing but a disgrace.

4. The spiritual leader of the Tibet, His Majesty Dalai Lama XIV, has been globally making great efforts on the issue of Tibetan human rights, and declaring over and again that Tibet only requests autonomy and human rights instead of independence. However, the CCP intentionally disregards the fact, and repeatedly imposes the guilt of "Tibet Independence" on Tibetans and increasingly deteriorates the condition of human rights in Tibet. Besides, the CCP threatens that it has enough evidence to prove the demonstration and protest by Tibetans this time is manipulated all alone by Dalai Lama. This allegation is full of loopholes. Had the CCP gotten enough evidence, it could only explain that the CCP did make up the evidence in advance as the demonstration and protest just begins. Nevertheless, according to the nature of the CCP, plus the Olympic Games at the corner, the CCP would definitely manage to undermine the demonstration and protest. To sum up, the CCP's allegation against His Majesty Dalai Lama XIV is totally untenable.

5. In the face of the fact that the Tibetans are slaughtered, some members of the international community are actually deceived by one-sided statement of the CCP. They publish a series of statements that both the CCP and the Tibetans should exercise restraint. This is a poor moral sense. The China Interim Government hereby calls on the international community not to accept the deceptive propaganda from Beijing. For it is the CCP that should exercise restraint. The Tibetans under the bloody suppression by the CCP have already become lamb to be butchered so that they are in urgent need of rescue from the international community.

6. The China Interim Government appeals the Tibetans not to equal the CCP to China, for what the CCP does is far from what the people of Han Nationality do; and likewise, they suffer the persecution of the CCP. The CCP is demon coming from the west, which forcibly seized the regime of China and maintained its reign for more than half a century. The people all over the country, including the Tibetans, should hold together, pooling efforts to expel the CCP. The China Interim Government hereby expects Tibetans to make the greatest endeavor in minimizing the causalities with a view to reserving the strength well. In more detail, Tibetan compatriots are not supposed to target the military forceof the CCP and other national organs, but instead focus on expelling the CCP's representative appointed to Tibet, Zhang Qingli, the party secretary of the region, thus hopefully breaking open the cuffs and shackles of the CCP in accomplishment of genuine ethnic autonomy.

I commend on your declaration. Being a Tibetan, i have a very unique culture and religious belief that makes me proud of being Tibetan that doesn't mean that I don't love Han Chinese. YOu are right.CCP is like a institution which comes and go but the people of China remains. its along story but I am victim myself from the CCP but i also sympathised with falung gong practitioner, human righ activist, chinese democratic support groups. Just to add to your declaration, We Tibetan never ever thinks of bad to anyone including Han. its out of our religious practice but sometime out of anger and frustration, some extreme actions has happened but in very few numbers. let me say here that we are not seeking separation from China but asking only a meaningful autonomy where our right to practice our religious belief and our rich culture can be preserved. If that happens, i can foresee Tibetan culture can contribute much stable and spiritual as well as harmonious society. Togather we can make a difference.
