Proclamation of China Conference for National Policy and Power Supervision (Later 'CIG Parliament')

According to reports of a large number of Chinese citizens and information released by media, there are good grounds to suspect that before and after Sichuan earthquake on May 12 the Chinese Communist tyrannical regime and its officials committed a major crime which caused heavy loss of people’s lives.

China Conference for National Policy and Power Supervision is here to establish three special inquiry commissions to legally carry out facts investigation against what's suspected, and will, in terms of the investigated results, decide whether to set up a special criminal court to bring Chinese Communist tyranny and its officials involved in this case to trial.

In order to prevent the informers from CCP tyranny's political persecution, their names will not be released for the time being.

Three special inquiry commissions are set up as follows:

1. The First Special Investigation Committee

Chairman: Feng Haiguang

Vice chairman: Wang Kung-biao

Items to Investigate:

1) Whether the seismic experts or relevant staff submitted earthquake alert to the CCP regime before May 12th Sichuan earthquake.

2) Whether the Communist authority kept the earthquake warning in hush from publishing to the public out of political or other reasons. If the answer is yes, then which department and who made the decision not to publish the quake alert.

3) If the conclusion from the second item investigation is yes, what the connection is between Chinese Communist regime and its officials' not publishing the earthquake warning and the heavy loss of lives and properties in the quake, and in what way they are held guilty according to law.

2. The Second Special Investigation Committee

Chairman: Tie Yuan Ming
Vice chairman: Anne

Items to Investigate:

In Sichuan earthquake on May12th, lots of primary and secondary schools suffered devastative collapse, their students became the largest death group.

The Second Special Investigation Committee is determined to check up the following issues:

1) Is the largest death group of the primary and secondary school students directly caused by shoddy school buildings?

2) Are corruption and bribery as well as dereliction of duty of CCP officials involved the primary cause for jelly-built school buildings in general?

3) If the conclusion from the second item is yes, what responsibility should the CCP officials involved assume for making the students of primary and secondary schools become the largest death group?

3. The Third Special Investigation Committee

Chairman: Wang Daqing

Vice chairman: Li Jiaping

Item to Investigate:

Whether the CCP officials in suspect have used their power to, by concocting various pretexts, embezzle the donated money and materials for disaster relief from international and domestic donors.
