On 4 September 2008, about 100 thousand residents of Jishou City, Hunan Province took to the streets to defend their basic rights after knowing that they have been swindled out of their money in the name of ‘Fund raising’ by the Communist authorities. The China Interim Government expresses admiration for the people of Jishou and for their courage in resisting the Communist regime, and hereby issues the following statement:

1. Due to the authoritarian rule of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), there is widespread discontent among the Chinese people. Especially after the CCP held its blood-filled Olympics irrespective of tiring the people and draining the treasury, and used military troops to suppress all dissident voices, the living conditions for the masses have worsened. In order to survive, the mass with no other choice available will be forced to rise and resist. The more suppression exerted by the CCP, the more intense will be the resistance of the masses. The defending of rights by 100,000 people of Jishou, Hunan is a striking example. Henceforth, even more people will follow suit and rise up.

2. The Interim Government reiterates its policy of upholding resistance to the violent tyranny and demolishing the CCP through peaceful means. In view of the fact that the evil Party controls all the armed forces, in order to conserve the grassroots strength and give no pretext to the CCP to launch any bloody suppression, the Interim Government recommends Jishou citizens to peacefully demolish the CCP through the action of "three quits" (quit the CCP, the Communist Youth League and the Young Pioneers), to put up posters throughout the city, and become the first area to break away from the CCP’s rule. Meanwhile, they are supposed to divert, impede and demoralize the CCP’s army through various methods, preferably the last one, to demoralize its army and even persuade the servicemen into mutiny rebel. In addition, the people of Jishou can take action to wisely remove placards of all levels of the CCP Committee in the Jishou area, or paint the placards black to make them to be removed. Then it should be done to transmit relevant photos to domestic and overseas media, using such peaceful means to declare to the entire world their intention to disintegrate the CCP. This action will draw the attention from inside and outside of China, and may lead to a chain reaction of defending rights and resistance to the violent tyranny in the rest of mainland China.

3. The residents of Jishou in defending rights are supposed to take the initiative to contact us. It is a lesson to learn from the Weng-an incident, which was swiftly cracked down by the CCP in Guizhou Province. The mass of rights defenders must let their voices be transmitted overseas so that more people can resonate in response, thus achieving the objective of really disintegrating the CCP.

Everyone inside China should show concern about the Jishou incident relating to the individual investors swindled, who have suddenly woke up to the truth and are defending their rights, and spread our statement to other rights defenders at the frontline.

Follow providence, all the people of one mind, the disintegration of the CCP is just around the corner.
