Dear Mr. Manmohan Singh,

Shocked to hear that Mumbai was attacked by terrorists with 174 dead and 239 wounded, I, on behalf of the China Interim Government, express sympathy for the people and government of the Republic of India, and give my regards to the wounded and the families of the dead and wounded in the accident.

The China Interim Government strongly condemns terrorism strikes no matter when or in which country they happen, and no matter against whom they are directed. Terrorist organizations do not hesitate to threat and kill common citizens in achieving their goals of politics and religion. They have jeopardized the common citizens’ life security and benefits in human society, and threatened and encroached upon the stability and sovereignty of the victim countries. Thus, they are the public enemy of the whole human race; every government in the world upholding justice should join hands to refrain their activities.

At this moment, I heartedly wish the people and the government of the Republic of India to be united as one and smoothly overcome obstacles.

Best regards!

Sincerely yours,

Chris Wu

President of the China Interim Government
